I've just receive my beacon and tags, what do I do now?

You should also have received a Welcome email from us - this should arrive the day before you receive your beacons or tags in the post. Please check your spam folder if you can't locate the email, or get in touch using our contact page if you need further help.


The first time you login to the dashboard should be via the link we sent you in the Welcome email.


If you have new Bluetooth beacon or NFC tag devices then they will need to be activated. This can be done in the dashboard by clicking the green envelope icon next to each new device.
